This summer, the Museum of Science partnered with MASARY Studios, Illuminus, Boston Cyberarts, MIT Spatial Sound Lab, and AVFX to provide resources of space, equipment, production, curation, and mentorship to multimedia practitioners in our region to present media artworks.
For one night, we’re activating the Red Wing of the Museum with projection-mapped video installations, a pop-up spatial sound lab, experimental animation, video art, and AV performance.

• Pop-up Spatial Sound Lab programmed by MIT Spatial Sound Lab

The Location
WaveForms is taking over the Red Wing of the Museum of Science, Boston. The four main spaces that include multimedia artworks are the Mugar Omni Theater, Common Spaces & Atrium, Charles Hayden Planetarium, and a Pop-up Spatial Sound Lab.
